WHERE DO I GET MY MEDICATIONS FROM?

Most medication that we prescribe will be electronically sent (E-Prescribed) over to the patient’s pharmacy of choice. Patient’s will then pay for their medications at that pharmacy when they pick them up. Some medications will be sent directly to the patient’s home from the pharmacy.

DO YOU PARTNER WITH A COMPOUNDING PHARMACY?

Level Wellness and Optimization uses the services of compounding pharmacies. We work with both local compounding pharmacies as well as one out of state pharmacy in Texas, called Empower Pharmacy.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTION?

Here at Level, we are available to answer any questions you have about your medication. You can always contact your local pharmacist if you got your medications locally. For questions about any compounded medication that came from Empower Pharmacy, they have pharmacists available during normal business hours (7:30am to 7:30pm CST) to answer questions.
